By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Cloom.ai ("Cloom," "we," "us," or "our"), formerly known as GracePay, related to your account, payment reminders, debt settlement options, financial advice, and collection efforts. These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in our SMS program and supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Opt-In and Consent
- By submitting your phone number through our website, mobile app, or other means and opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated and manual SMS messages from Cloom.ai, including those generated by our AI-driven systems.
- Message frequency will vary based on your account activity, payment schedules, or collection needs—there is no fixed schedule.
- Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us or settling any debts. It is entirely optional.
- We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws regarding SMS communications.
2. Opt-Out
- You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us.
- After replying "STOP," you may receive a final confirmation message to acknowledge your opt-out request. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
- To opt back in after opting out, you can re-enroll through our website or contact us at help@cloom.ai.
3. Message & Data Rates
- Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received, as determined by your mobile carrier.
- Cloom.ai is not responsible for any charges incurred from your use of our SMS services. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
4. Support
- For assistance with our SMS program, reply "HELP" to any message you receive from us, and we’ll respond with further instructions.

5. Privacy and Security
- We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your number will only be used for Cloom.ai’s operational purposes (e.g., account updates, debt collection) or shared as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- SMS messages are not encrypted and may not be secure. Do not send sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, full bank account details) via text message.
- We implement reasonable measures to protect your phone number, but we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access or interception by third parties.
6. Eligibility
Our SMS services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older and located in the United States. By opting in, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the phone number provided belongs to you or you are authorized to use it.
7. Changes to SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service offerings. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued participation in our SMS program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may opt out as described above.
